Return Eligibility & Timeframe:

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons and to ensure the quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been:

  • Worn, styled, cut, colored, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Returned without original tags, labels, or in non-original packaging.
  • Have the lace cut or show signs of glue/adhesive application.
  • Custom orders, or items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, are non-refundable.

  • You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions for return methods.
